My Grandmother and Grandfather 97 and 99 years old needed support to stay in their home rather than move to a Retirement Facility- which they did not want at all.
My friend referred our family to Paragon Personnel to hire full time assistance (7 x24 hours per day) with qualified Nannies to care and support them in their home.
Paragon Personnel set up interviews (with appropriate candidates based on our criteria) for my family to meet and interview and we were able to select the Nannies that fit most appropriately with our situation.
We selected two wonderful girls (one who was a Nurse in the Philippines and is now going into Nursing in Canada and the other a Respiratory Therapist from the Philippines who is now studying to be a Nurse in Canada). These girls have become part of our family and have provided us with the wonderful opportunity to provide in home care for my Grandparents with assistance in terms of meal preparation, cleaning, companionship and medical support that is beyond our expectations. It has allowed my Grandparents peace of mind and comfort to be in their home and has provided us peace of mind knowing that they are cared for all day and night as we live 1 hour drive away.
I will definitely come back again for their expertise and support.
