If you are looking for a nanny job, PARAGON Personnel Ltd. can assist you in your job search as we specialize in placing nannies with families all over BC.
Contact us at 604-298-6633 so we can find out some information about you – your background, current and previous childcare experience. Please specify if you are looking for a Live-in position or Live-out – Full Time, Part Time or Temporary.
You will be asked to come for a personal interview at our office. Please bring your resume and reference letters from your previous employers. If you are not a Canadian citizen, you are also required to bring your passport for identification and verification of your legal status in Canada.
PARAGON Personnel Ltd. will conduct a background screening to check your employment history.
When completed, we will arrange for interviews with our clients. During your interview, it is important to ask your prospective employer about your duties, responsibilities, work schedule and salary offered. You may also discuss issues like overtime compensation, medical insurance and/or any other relevant information regarding the position.

I have set up the yoga program for kids and they like it very much. Besides yoga program, I teach them to play games, sing a song and read a book. One of the kids named “Ome” age 1 year and 4 months old is my inspiration. He is underdeveloped at this his age but he is so kind. Every time he saw someone crying, he will bring the hand kerchief to wipe the tear away. This New Year is ceremony. I teach the kids to perform show in the party by singing a song “Sunshine” while their parents are audiences. They always feel good when people admire their show. Kiddy Nursery helps me to understand nature and development of the kids, know what they want and improve my ability in teaching them with several techniques.
In 1987, I started baby-sitter my brother and helping my mother to take care of neighborhood children. In 1990 I took care of new born baby named “Kob”. He is my aunt’s son. My mother told me that the important things about baby are safety and hygiene. So I had to be careful in doing everything for him. Science Kob have Started lesson in school until now. I have taught him homework. In 2006 when I have worked at The Corner Sport Club, I met many children who come with their parents to learn Badminton, Squash, Table Tennis and Thai Boxing. I also do activity with them. Last Xmas and New Year party, The Corner Sport Club set a party and badminton competition to find a fund for The Lighthouse Training Center for the Mentally Retarded. I joined all activities.
