We are looking for a hardworking, self motivated, responsible, organized, honest, compassionate person, with great time management, willing to go the extra mile, who loves children and animals. We have 4 children 3 are here every other week mostly and 1 is here all the time.
The following is a list of duties we expect to be performed and completed by our nanny housekeeper:
1.) Drop off and pick up children from school 2.) Clean kitchen (load/unload dishwasher, wipe counters, wipe appliances, wipe cabinets, wipe inside of fridge, clean kitchen table) 3.) Vacuum and mop floors (kitchen, living room, hall, entry way, master bedroom area) 4.) Vacuum carpet stairs 5.) Vacuum and mop front stairs 6.) Dust living room and master bedroom 7.) Laundry 8.) Wipe living room windows 9.) Empty trash 10.) Watch children (no T.V. after school until homework is done and room is straightened) 11.) Help children make after school snack if needed 12.) Clean bathrooms 13.) Wash and change linens 2 times per week 14.) Watch baby while mom works out 15.) Occasionally do grocery shopping 16.) Drive children to friends houses or lessons if needed
It is extremely important with a small child in the house that there be no little items on the floor, no areas left open for her to get into, no breakable items be left in her reach, and the house kept clean for her safety.
These duties are subject to change as needed. Occasionally we do travel at times and we are unable to take three older kids and dog with us. We may require you to watch the children and/or dog while we are gone.
I will give you a schedule either biweekly or monthly based on our needs. Here is a possible example: during the weeks older children are here hours may be 8a.m.-5p.m. with a 1 hour lunch break @ 1p.m. On weeks older kids are not here hours may be 9a.m. - 4p.m. with a 30 minute lunch break. We may schedule less on one week and more on another according to what is needed. You will be made aware of schedule changes as soon as possible. If you need a particular day off I do require 48 hour written notice. Also if you call in sick we will require a doctors note.
If hired you will be on a probation period of 90 days, after that time we will review your performance and decide if you are eligible for a pay raise. Raise is based upon job performance and attendance.
