Nanny live-out - Question

My name is Frances, and I am expecting my first baby in June.  I have a couple of questions for you:

1) How much is the salary for a live-out nanny?

2) How far in advance should I start looking for a nanny?
 I am looking for a live-out, full time nanny starting the middle of October.

A good salary is appox $1700-2000 net a month

2) How far in advance should I start looking for a nanny?
 A good time to start looking for a nanny is about a month or so before you actually need them to start.
