Paragon Personnel Ltd. is a nanny agency located in Burnaby, British Columbia with almost four decades of experience serving British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario residents locating the best caregivers available to care for their children. Our mission
To provide clients with a worry free service that includes the right nanny for their children and all documentation required for government approval of their chosen caregiver. Moreover, our commitment does not end there. A follow up with both, family / nanny, will take place to ensure satisfaction of the client with the nanny's performance and that the nanny is comfortable in her new position.
Sixty percent of our business is based on repeat clients and referrals.
Problems rarely occur and if they do, you have our guarantee of a free replacement during the probation period of the first 3 months of the nanny's employment.
